Please bring a water bottle. If you have a mat and light weights, please bring them with you. We will have extra, though!
Summon Health is thrilled to be partnering with Erica Strasser, MS, Pittsburgh's own Certified Professional Fitness Instructor, to lead the Summon Health members in a morning of "Mindful Movement".
In addition to being a Certified Professional Fitness Instructor, she also is a Pilates Format and Personal Trainer, Mental Health and Behavioral Clinician, Occupational Therapy Doctoral Student, and P3R Run Ambassador. Whew! That's a workout jut reading off all her credentials!
She has always been inspired to combine her work in behavior therapy with her knowledge and experience in health, wellness, and fitness to manifest a holistic approach to helping individuals heal their mind, body, and spirit by investing in their whole self as one therapeutic process.
Her success in doing so, does not go unnoticed. Recently, P3R named her as their mental health expert and she uses the platform to advocate for the benefits of movement and she writes content about attending to our mental health as a facet of personal care and growth.
We could not be more lucky and thrilled to have her lead us in intentional movement of our bodies. This is intended for individuals of all fitness levels. If you have not moved in years, this class is for you. If you train daily, this class is also for you.
