It’s too cold to exercise.

It’s too hot to exercise.

It gets dark too early.

I have to get to work early.

I get home too late.

All of the above statements can be true.

Another true statement - exercise is important for your HEALTH, mental and physical, and it is important to make the time to exercise in spite of the above statements.

Stop waiting for the perfect temperature, amount of light, time of day. You will have to make the time. And continued investment of your time into exercise will reap so many health benefits.
